Most of Africans stay in Banaswadi, Soladevanahalli and Hennuru. The local residents say that they become more active as the sun sets.
Sources say that the local law gives special privileges to foreign citizens and they are misusing those privileges for their illegal activities. Besides, the greedy house owners of Bengaluru rent out their houses for five to ten times more than the actual rates.
