Praveen, a Technopark employee, had placed his order for Samsung Galaxy A5 on June 4 on an online marketing site and got regular updates from the company about the shipment.
On 8 June he received his order delivered. The seal was intact. In his excitement to get his hands on his new phone, Praveen opened the package and found pieces of rock instead. Though he got something of little use for a mobile phone, the charger, well-packed in bubble sheets, was safe!
Soon, the techie got in touch with the customer care of the online marketing company, who assured to look into the matter. But Praveen says that he is planning to seek legal option against the company for giving the shocking surprise.
