Kanchipuram SP taking up investigation at the Golden Bay Resort MLAs refuse to come out of the resort MLAs waiting for governor to take the final call
The MLAs have refused to get out of the resort till the confusion regarding the chief minister’s post is solved. However, the police had cut power supply to the resort from Tuesday night. Still the MLAs are not ready to come out of the resort. They are waiting for the governor’s invitation to form government.
Meanwhile, a FIR has been filed against Palanisamy and Sasikala against kidnapping the MLAs. One of the MLA Saravanan, who escaped from the resort has filed a complaint in the Koovathur Police Station that the MLAs have been kidnapped by Sasikala.

To prove that on February 14, 12 MLAs extended their support to Panneerselvam and said they were forced inside the resort.
SP Mutharasi is accompanied by Vijayakumar of Cuddalore and P Pakalavan of Vellore accompanied Senthamarai Kannan while IGP of homeguards, K Periaiah and IGP Varadaraju are outside the resort trying to get the MLAs out of the resort.
