Rajinikanth's alma mater gets a superstar makeover

Superstar Rajinikanth's alma mater Gavipuram School, Bengaluru, is all set for inauguration after it underwent a complete renovation.
The primary school, falling under Basavanagudi ward, is popular among the locals as 'Rajinikanth School.'
The structure of the school building was in a dilapidated state and the renovation work which began four years ago was finally completed this month.
The government had allotted ₹1.53 crore for the renovation work.
The school will reopen in August.
