New video out, Mysore palace photo shoot case gets murkier

Synopsis

Photos and a video of another couple posing inside the Mysore palace were put up by photographer Adarsha Rao on his Facebook page - Constella Photography. The photos have since been taken down.

Couples arranging photo shoots inside the palace, declared a no entry zone, has become a highly discussed topic thanks to the security breach.

This is the second video to surface of a photo shoot within the no entry zone of the palace. Currently, the identity of the couple who conducted the photo shoot is not known.

Though CCTV cameras are installed inside the palace, the couple alleged to have switched them off with the help of security personnel and local police, to carry on with their photo shoot without being traced.

Palace security is handled by the National Security Guard (NSG). According to the rules, the Kalyan Mantap and the Durbar hall sections within the Mysore palace premises are no-go zones for the public. No officer is entitled to permit a photo shoot there. Even during the grand Dasara festival, neither the public nor the media is allowed within these areas premises.

Currently, a team headed by Additional DC Venkatesh is trying to find out who the couple in the picture are.
