Hyderabad: Family of 4 jumps in front of train, dies

The incident happened at Ghatkesar under Cyberabad commissionerate, after the family head died due to ill health; police said today.    

The body of Satyanarayana, the head of the family was found in a parked car while the bodies of his wife, two daughters and son were found on the railway tracks last night, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Malkajgiri M Ravichnadan Reddy said.    

Satyanarayana was working as an engineer in Housing department, the official said.    

"We found the body of Satyanarayana in a car and his family members on the railway track. We are investigating the case," he said.     

The bodies have been sent for post-mortem, the official added.
