Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala was so carried away when he saw hundreds of party workers and voters that he gave the law 'a miss'. The minister took a harmless pillion ride and a video featuring the minister hitching a ride with a helmetless rider went viral. Wearing a helmet is mandatory, in the state and the minister failed to take notice.
