Hailstorm hits Belgaum; cooler days ahead?

Heavy rains lashed out in Belgaum along with a hailstorm resulting in people surprise, as it came after a long summer trail on Friday afternoon.

Around 3 pm, clouds covered the sky completely covered with and within half-n-hour people witnessed large pieces of ice hitting the ground.

The residents of Belgaum also posted the pictures of hailstorm on the microblogging website Twitter.  

Though for short period of time, rain brought smiles on the people’s face of the district, who were hoping for some cooler days ahead of the rainy season.
