Singer-actress Suchitra Karthik has made serious allegations against Tamil star Dhanush of playing a lousy game. She took to her Twitter account and even posted few pics of bruises on her hand. On February 21 she Tweeted that the actor's friends assaulted her and his staff rough handled her. 
 

Suchithra is popular in Tamil and Telugu and has given super hits in Nayak of Ram Charan and Sir Vasthara from Businessman. "This is Suchi, I'm back, and I'm ready to tell everyone what a lousy game #Dhanush played," she wrote. 
 

"That's my arm - from rough handling by #Dhanush's team," she further Tweeted.

As Twitterati came out with comments like this is a popularity stunt, the singer replied that she was attacked and everyone was told not to help her.

However, her husband, Karthik Kumar responded to this on Friday and explained that her Tweets have no factual basis. "Suchis activity on twitter has no factual basis guys. The issue is different & personal. Pls extend understanding and let be for the while," he wrote.

Later he came out with another claim that the Suchithra's account was hacked and the Tweets were not by the singer. He sought an apology and requested media not to sensationalise the matter.
