Cops detain two for selling ISL tickets in black online

The men were arrested from Kochi. The tickets were sold through isltickets.com Sunday's match is between Kerala Blasters and Atletico de Kolkata.

Kochi police have arrested two people in connection with selling tickets of Indian Super League (ISL) in black through a fake online website.

 


Police say the tickets were sold through isltickets.com for as high as ₹ 3000. 

 


Police are now interrogating the two men regarding the sale of tickets.

 


Black marketeers are having a ball this Indian Super League (ISL) season as football aficionados are ready to pay a bomb to grab tickets to watch the match Sunday's match between Kerala Blasters and Atletico de Kolkata.

 


On Friday football enthusiasts who thronged the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium to book tickets created a ruckus after tickets were sold out within minutes after it was issued. 

 


'Book my show', the official ticket partners of ISL also ran out of tickets after Kerala Blasters confirmed their place in finals defeating Delhi Dynamos in the semi-finals.
