Bengaluru bartender hangs himself in a bar
Synopsis
A 23-year-old bartender was found hanging from a ceiling fan in a Bengaluru bar on Monday morning.
Hailing from Turuvekere taluk in Tumakuru district in Karnataka, Dilip Kumar worked as a bartender in a bar at Kamakshipalya. Dileep lived in a room adjoining the bar.
On Sunday, the rest of the staff left bar close to midnight and found Kumar's body on Monday when they came to work.
Kumar's family alleges that it was a planned murder and Dileep would not commit suicide.
The local police conducted a primary investigation of the crime scene. However, the relatives of the deceased suspected foul play in Kumar's death and protested in front the police station demanding the arrest of those responsible.
