CH Hanumantha Rao, advocate of Sridhar told that the police took search warrant from the court alleging that Sridhar has sheltered accused Rohit, who had threatened Kadabagere Srinivas. But after thorough search the police did not find Rohit, neither could they trace any evidence of Sridhar being involved with the case.

“Thus the very intention of obtaining search warrant from the court is false and baseless. They thought that it’d be an embarrassment for them if they go empty handed. Hence they arrested Sridhar and his associate Bacchan and filed false complaints against them” CH Hanumantharaya said.

Defending his client Hanumantharaya said that Sridhar has stayed aloof from criminal activities since 19 years and he is shocked by the false allegations and baseless cases of police. He pleaded for a bail since his client is admitted in the hospital due to severe chest pain.
