Actress vent out her fury on sex offenders

Synopsis

Meera Jasmine bid adieu to movies after her marriage. The actress is now back on the silver screen with 'Pathu Kalpanakal'.  

Hitting out at sex offenders, actress Meera Jasmine who is back in movies after a short hiatus said each assaulter and rapist should experience the same pain and agony of the victim.

 

While speaking to media  on her upcoming movie 'Pathu Kalpanakal' (Ten Commandments) Meera said the present law in the country is not sufficent to punish such people who commit henious crimes. 
 

Meera and the movie crew were accompanied by mother of Dalit law student Jisha, who was brutally raped and killed in Perumbavoor earlier this year.


Meera Jasmine will appear as a police officer in the crime thriller which is directed by well-known editor Don Max. The movie also has Murali Gopy and Anoop Menon.
