Chohan, who shared the video, stated that the "scissors were blunt and nasty," and that the "owner established a new world record to rescue the business from shame."
During the opening ceremony, a Pakistani politician was reportedly observed cutting the ribbon with his teeth rather than scissors. Fayyaz-ul-Hassan Chohan, the Minister for Prisons and the Government of Punjab's spokesman, was set to cut the ribbon for opening an electronics shop in his Rawalpindi constituency. Despite many attempts, the scissor supplied to him did not appear to function.
A viral video shows the minister cutting the ribbon with his teeth as spectators bust out laughing. Chohan, who shared the video, stated that the "scissors were blunt and nasty," and that the "owner established a new world record to rescue the business from shame."
