24-year-old carpenter falls to death from tenth floor of underconstruction building

The deceased, Rajath Barman, had finished his lunch and was on his way to the tenth floor of the building in Bengaluru when he fell down to the ground and died. His brother has filed a complaint citing negligence of the building owner, alleging that safety arrangements were lacking.
