Court denies bail to Pulsar Suni, prosecution gets nod for in-camera hearing

Ernakulam Chief Judicial Magistrate court has denied bail to Pulsar Suni Hearing in the actress attack case would be further held in the closed chamber Dileep has decided not to approach Supreme Court seeking bail

Ernakulam Chief Judicial Magistrate court has denied bail to Pulsar Suni, the prime accused in an actress abduction case. The case is that the accused, along with four others, tried to abduct a senior actress. 

Court denied him bail considering the secretive nature of the case.

The bench also said that the hearing in the actress attack case would be further held in the closed chamber. Advocate B A Aloor appeared for the accused. 

Angamaly Magistrate Court postponed the hearing in Suni's bail in the recent actress attack case for July 28. The proceedings will be held in camera. 

Meanwhile, Dileep has decided not to approach Supreme Court seeking bail.

He met his advocate at the jail and the counsel has reportedly advised him not to file a petition in apex court immediately.
