Female makeup artist alleges assault by production manager, case filed

Juli Julian had filed a complaint alleging physical assault against production manager, hotel owner and a few others She said the incident took place at the hotel where she was staying during the shooting of Nithya Menen film 'Prana' Police registered case after makeup artist gave his statement against accused 

Kerala police have registered a case against two persons and a few others in connection with the complaint filed by makeup artist Juli Julian. The makeup artist, working in the movie industry, had filed a complaint alleging physical assault. 

Julian, 35, who hails from Kochi, filed a complaint and gave the statement against local production manager Nixon, Hroon, the owner of the hotel where she stayed during the shooting of a film and a few other persons whom the complainant said that she could identify. 

The makeup artist had complained that she was physically assaulted by the accused on October 15 in a hotel in Kumily after a verbal spat with the hotel owner. Julian had earlier filed a complaint with the IG.
