A female nurse from Kerala was found dead under mysterious circumstances near Mathura in Uttar Pradesh on Sunday.
The deceased has been identified as S Surya, who was in her 20s and a native of the Kunnathukal village in Thiruvananthapuram.
Surya, who was working with a hospital in Mathura, was found unconscious at her residence on Sunday, according to reports, and was later confirmed dead.
The woman's family members in Kerala have alleged foul play behind the death and raised suspicions that someone could have hurt her.
In a similar incident, Keralite nurse Jincy, who was working at a government hospital in Saudi Arabia, was found dead in her hostel last week, though it was confirmed to be cardiac arrest.
