Synopsis

The youth was working with the Sultan Al Salem division of Yamaha Motors The mechanical engineer was testing a Waverunner of Yamaha in the water after repairing it He got caught up in the waves along with the watercraft and could not be saved

An engineer from Kerala drowned in a beach in Khiran, Kuwait, while on duty. The deceased is identified as Thomas Devasya, 28, a native of Thathampally in Alappuzha. 

The accident occurred while he was testing a product. Devasya was a mechanical engineer and was working with the Sultan Al Salem division of Yamaha Motors. 

He was testing a waverunner of Yamaha at the beach near to Khiran Resort. He had repaired the waverunner and was testing it in the waters when the ski got caught in waves. 

He got trapped in the water along with the watercraft and could not be rescued. He is the son of Devasya Joseph and Elsamma.
