Synopsis

Seven persons had set out for fishing late on Sunday night near Banasura Sagar Dam in a coracle, which capsised The body of Sachin (20) was recovered on Thursday morning The bodies of Melwin (34) and Wilson (50) were found on Wednesday floating near the spot from where they went missing

The bodies of three men, among the four who went missing after their coracle capsised near Banasura Sagar Dam in Wayanad on July 16, have been recovered. 

The body of Sachin (20) was recovered on Thursday morning, while the bodies of Melwin (34) and Wilson (50) were found on Wednesday floating near the spot from where they went missing. Search is still on for the fourth person, Binu. All four are Kozhikode natives.

The police and fire and rescue service personnel have been trying to recover the bodies from Monday. Though divers from Indian Navy joined the rescue operations on Tuesday evening, poor light and bad weather has affected the search. 

Seven persons had set out for fishing late on Sunday night without obtaining permission in a coracle, which capsised. Three of them swam to safety.
