Congress leaders leave to Eagleton Resort without Anand Singh

Zameer Ahmed Khan, a rebel from JD(S) who had joined Congress and won the Chamarajapete seat for Congress is said to be a vital source in getting Anand Singh to the KPCC office where the MLAs are waiting to leave to Eagleton Resort.
According to sources and Anand Singh, who quit BJP, and joined Congress was said to be travelling to Bengaluru and JD(S) rebel Zameer Ahmed Khan along with another Congress leader Nagendra have rushed towards Bengaluru International Airport to get him. But the lattest reports state that they did not spot Anand there and have returned empthy-handed.
Now the Congress MLAs have left to Eagletton Resort from the KPCC office without MLA Anand Singh.
Meanwhile, the independent candidate Shankar, who was said to be BJP leader Eshwarappa's relative had shown his support to BJP earlier but now has joined the Congress leaders and travelled to the resort along with other Congress leaders. Sources say that the Congress has the list of 76 MLAs out of 78.
