VTU results within a week: Chancellor

First semester CBCS results on June 2. Rest semester results of degree and postgraduate courses results next week. Revaluation results on June 10.

The delay in announcing the results of Visvesvaraya Technical University (VTU) is due to the fact that the varsity has completely stopped off loading in conducting the examinations. New software has been made ready and all results will be announced within a week’s time, announced Dr Karisiddappa, Chancellor.

Speaking at a press meet at the VTU regional office, on Thursday, Dr Karisiddappa said the results of first semester of CBCS, Bengaluru division will be announced on June 2 and the rest of the semesters of all degree and postgraduate courses will be announced next week. Results of the revaluation will be announced on June 10.  He explained that the delay in announcing the results was due to appointment of new fresh staff, creating new software and procuring necessary components to conduct revaluation, following complaints with regard to digital evaluation.
