A two-and-a-half-year-old girl was found dead after she fell into a stormwater drain in Bengaluru. The child is the daughter of daily wage workers from Kalaburgi, who were working as construction labourers in Bengaluru As the parents were working, the child was playing near the makeshift tent situated near the stormwater drain

A two-and-a-half-year-old girl was found dead after she fell into a stormwater drain in Bengaluru. The victim has been identified as Tanushree, the daughter of daily wage workers, who were busy working in the nearby site as construction labourers.

The couple and the child are basically from Kalaburgi. They were living in a makeshift tent near the stormwater drain. As the parents were working, the child was playing near the tent, when she fell into the storm water drain.

The incident occurred near Doddabommasandra in Bengaluru. The Vidyaranyapura Police have booked a case in this regard.
