The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has intensified its crackdown on online drug trading and has arrested another techie employed at a software company at Bengaluru, reports Kannada Prabha.
NCB arrested one Mohamad Khalid Pasha working at Manyata Tech Park. He had joined duty just a month back by providing fake documents. These fake papers helped the NCB officials to track and arrest him.
The NCB had located an internet drug peddling network last April and had arrested kingpin Wasim Akram and Salim Pasha at Thanisandra. During the interrogation they had mentioned the name of Mohammad Pasha. But he was absconding. NCB persisted and managed to track him, said NCB South Zone director Sunil Kumar Sinha.
