PM Modi to meet Karnataka MPs today

Synopsis

The Prime Minister Narendra Modi has called a breakfast meeting of State BJP MPs. The PM is expected to focus on the political scenario in Karnataka in the light of elections in near future. Meeting with BJP MPs of other states held, discussed about the achievements and hurdles of projects.

The Prime Minister Narendra Modi has called a breakfast meeting of State BJP MPs, expected to discuss the preparations for the forthcoming elections. The PM’s office has instructed the BJP MPs to be present at PM’s residence at 9 am. Along with State BJP MPs, invitation has also been sent to BJP MPs of other states in South, reported Kannada Prabha.

The PM is expected to focus on the political scenario in Karnataka in the light of elections in near future.  The demand for declaring Lingayata as an independent religion, the Congress Government in State making efforts to declare State Flag, the IT raid on Power Minister D K Shivakumar and the legislative elections in coming 7 or 8 months are all expected to figure in the meeting.

The PM has already held talks with BJP MPs of various states and discussed about the achievements and hurdles in the implementation of Central Government projects.
