Pejawara Swamy undergoes surgery for hernia, stable

Synopsis

Udupi mutt see Vishvesha Teertha underwent surgery for hernia at the KMC Hospital at Manipal. He is recovering well and will be discharged after 2 days.  Earlier, before going to the hospital Dhanvanthari Homa was held at the mutt. The Muslim group of youth of Pejawara Blood Donation Team held a mass prayer. 

Seer of Udupi Krishna Mutt Sri Vishvesha Teertha Swamy underwent surgery for hernia at the KMC Hospital at Manipal. He is recovering well and will be discharged after 2 days, reported Kannada Prabha.

Pejawaar Swamy conducted his usual pooja on Sunday and got admitted at 10 am. By 2 pm the surgery was conducted and in the evening he was talking to his followers normally. His disciples and other devotees offered special prayers at the temple.

Earlier, before going to the hospital Dhanvanthari Homa was held at the mutt and Swamy himself had offered the Poornahuti.   The junior seer Sri Vishwaprasanna Sripada conducted the Mangalarathi.

The Muslim group of youth of Pejawara Blood Donation Team held a mass prayer at the hospital wishing for his speedy recovery.
