The Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a meeting with the MPs of 7 states at New Delhi on Friday. The MPs present were from Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh and Manipur. PM Modi held one hour talks with them on various issues, reported Kannada Prabha.
The MPs were given strict instructions not to disclose the proceedings of the meeting and hence all are tight lipped about it. It is said that after the previous meeting some MPs had shared the proceedings of the meeting with the media and PM Modi is said to have been upset with them. Hence the strict warning.
A press statement was however released stating that the Prime Minister discussed about the implementation of various Central Government projects. The PM instructed the MPs to reach the Central Government projects to people. It is also said that the Southern MPs expressed anxiety over the killings of RSS and BJP leaders.
