MP Suresh warned of defamation cases against the media telecasting or publishing fake news on the Income Tax raid on his brother DK Shivakumar.
He has said that most reports on DK Shivakumar are not based on facts as the IT officials have not given any statement. He has alleged that all their dealings are transparent and the false news is being spread by people with vested interests.
Earlier today, DK Suresh had come to Shivakumar's house, but the IT officials did not allow him to meet the brother. There were reports that Shivakumar's health was upset and a team of three doctors had arrived to treat him. It was said that Shivakumar was stressed out due to continuous questioning and back ache, he is suffering from quite some time now.
