Congress High Command warns six ministers of possible IT raid

The Congress High Command has warned about 20 leaders of possible IT raids. The Central Government has targeted Congress Ministers in the State. All Congress leaders are warned to set their finances and accounts straight They must be cautious about legal aspects and also be careful while giving statements to media.

After the IT raid on Energy Minister D K Shivakumar, several other ministers and MLAs are in fear of the same fate befalling on them.  Adding to that, the Congress High Command also has warned about 20 leaders of possible IT raids, say sources, reported Kannada Prabha.

In view of the legislative elections in the near future, the Central Government has targeted Congress Ministers in the State. Hence all Congress leaders are warned to set their finances and accounts straight.  Influential ministers like R V Deshpande, M B Patil, Dr H C Mahadevappa, M R Seetharam, Ramalinga Reddy, K J George, Roshan Baig, S S Mallikarjun, former minister Jarkiholi,  MLAs Byrathi brothers, K Govindaraju, H M Revanna and others are warned.

It is said that BJP aims to demoralise Congress leaders, to keep them out of public contact and to keep them engaged in legal battles having little time for other activities. There are possibilities of Central Government agencies renewing investigations. The leaders must be cautious about legal aspects and also be careful while giving statements to media, High Command has warned, reported Kannada Prabha.
