This put Swathi in depression. But she failed to raise the child as a single mother. Instead, her depression became severe, and neighbours were seen telling that she tried to commit suicide a number of times.

She couldn't adjust money for the daughter's treatment too. When her efforts to commit suicide failed, she was in a fix. It is said that on a fatal day the daughter was a little cranky and she refused to have food. This enraged Swathi who in a fit of rage threw the daughter from the fourth floor.

In many cases, it is seen that men shy away from taking responsibility of the relationship when something goes wrong. In this case, the husband is equally responsible for the brutal death of the 7-year-old special child.

Sure, the mother needs to be punished for her cruel act, but the person who led to this cruelty should not be spared.
