In a bizarre incident, a government doctor who was transferred used the hospital ambulance to shift furniture and other things from his home. The doctor Ravi Kattimani was serving at Hanamasagara in Hunagunda tauk. However, he was transferred to Mangaluru village in Yalburga, Koppal district.

Instead of arranging a vehicle to transport the goods, Dr Ravi reportedly loaded the ambulance with chairs, tables and other things from his  house in Jalanagara in Vijayapura apparently to cut costs, reports Kannada Prabha. An alert public who saw this stopped Dr Kattimani from misusing the ambulance. They even forced him to send  back the ambulance, reports Kannada Prabha.

The residents of Jalanagar have demanded a strict action against Dr Kattimani.
