The Supreme Court has denied permission to former minister Gali Janardhana Reddy to visit Ballari. During issuing orders granting him bail, the Supreme Court had put a condition that he cannot visit Ballari. Reddy had filed an appeal requesting to remove the clause, reports Kannada Prabha.
A bench consisting Justice AK Sikri and Justice Ashok Bhushan who heard the appeal dismissed it, refusing to reconsider the clause. Last time Janardhana Reddy was permitted by the court to visit Ballari was during his daughter Brahmani's wedding in January.
