A cricket coach has been arrested on charges of seeking sexual favours from the 13-year-old boy whom he trains The complaint stated that the coach asked the boy to come with him and took him to the GKVK campus where he sought sexual favours The police have clarified that the boy was not sexually abused

A cricket coach has been arrested on charges of seeking sexual favours from the 13-year-old boy he trains.

The arrested has been identified as Nasir, the cricket coach from the ACE Cricket Academy and the victim was being coached by him at Jalahalli Cricket ground for the past few months. The boy's mother has filed a complaint in this regard in the Yelahanka Police Station, who have now arrested the coach and are questioning him. The case has been booked under the POCSO ACT.

The complaint stated that the coach asked the boy to come with him and took him to the GKVK campus. There, the coach asked for sexual favours from the boy, to which he refused. The boy informed this to his mother, who filed a complaint with the Yelahanka Police.

The police are investigating to see if the coach had sought sexual favours from other students as well. The police have clarified that the boy was not sexually abused.
