There are speculations that SSLC (10th standard) examinations in Karnataka might be held much ahead of time, not giving enough time for students to prepare for the examination.
It is said that Assembly Elections are likely to be held in Karnataka in April next year. Thus the time of election collides with examinations and teachers might not be available to take up the election duty. In addition, schools might not be free to conduct the voting.
Thus it is said that the SSLC examinations might be held in March this time. Till now, SSLC examinations were held in April-May every year.
Though the education department has not given any circular in this regard, it is better the students be prepared to face an early examination.
