Highlights
  • Aaron Finch bludgeoned RCB with his fiery knock of 72 runs from just 34 balls.
  • The hard-hitting Australian came to bat at no.4 for Gujarat Lions.

Aaron Finch proved yet again why he is one of the most dangerous batsmen in the shortest format of the game when he went berserk against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) on Thursday. Finch did not let RCB get back in the game at any cost and decorated his innings with relentless hitting.

Kohli and co. could have capitalised on a situation when Gujarat Lions lost a couple of wickets early. But Finch stood tall at one end of the wicket and kept on hitting the RCB bowlers out of the park. His innings was decorated with six humongous sixes and five boundaries and that left Kohli gutted.

With this loss, RCB now have very little chance to make it to the playoffs and Finch played a major role in it.

Here are some amazing facts about the Aussie star that you probably did not know
