Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) have been one of the best sides in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2017 and therefore, they are sitting right at the top of the points table. Gautam Gambhir's side has won six matches out of 8 played and their journey in this edition of the IPL has been incredible.
KKR notched up yet another fantastic victory against Rising Pune Supergiant (RPS) on Wednesday. Gambhir and co. outclassed the Pune outfit by 7 wickets and that too quite comfortably, courtesy - a brilliant partnership between skipper Gambhir and Robin Uthappa, who's blitzkrieg blew the opponents' bowlers away.
Uthappa's 87 from 47 and Gambhir's 62 from 36 sealed the deal for the two-time IPL champions. Two back-to-back impressive victories amazed their owner Shah Rukh Khan and he congratulated his team and the management on both the occasions.
Even if SRK cannot make it to the ground for a game, he always makes sure that he is right behind his team. He never forgets to congratulate his players even if he is far away.
