The Delhi Daredevils captain got engaged to his long-term girlfriend Sagarika Ghatge on Monday. The former Indian left-arm seamer broke the news on social media with a photo. The couple were spotted chilling in W Hotel in Goa.
"Never laugh at your wife's choices. You are one of them !!! Partners for Life #engaged," Zaheer wrote beneath the post along with the adorable photo of the couple.
Sagarika also shared the same photo on her Facebook page and it is needless to say that they look like they are made for each other.
Zaheer Khan now joins the league of actor-cricketer couples. Yuvraj Singh even posted a photo on his Facebook wall welcoming the seamer in this league.
The Indian cricketers, both current and former, have wished the couple. Virender Sehwag and Anl Kumble were among the well-wishers. Zaheer is currently leading the Delhi Daredevils side in IPL 2017 and the franchise has done reasonably well in this edition under his leadership.
