Four people have been arrested in Uttar Pradesh's Varanasmi for trying to sell Prime Minister Narendra Modi's office in the temple town over OLX.

Four people have been arrested in Uttar Pradesh's Varanasmi for trying to sell Prime Minister Narendra Modi's office in the temple town over OLX.

Varanasi is Prime Minister Modi's constituency. He has a parliamentary office at Jawahar Nagar Colony in Bhelupur that was inaugurated by Home Minister Amit shah in August 2014.

The advertisement for the sale was shared from the ID of a man who identified himself as Laxmikant Ojha. The cost of the office was fixed at Rs 7.5 crore

The OLX ad listed PM Modi's Parliamentary office in Varanasi as a villa with 4 rooms and 4 bathrooms with a carpet area of 6,500 sqft and car parking.

 

The police removed the advertisement immediately and began an investigation.
