Uttarakhand Yuva Aayog Coming Soon? Government Plans Big Move for Students and Young Job Seekers

Synopsis

Uttarakhand plans to establish its first Yuva Aayog while offering free online coaching to 10,000 Class 11 and 12 students under Mukhyamantri Yuva Bhavishya Nirman Yojana-2026.

If you are a young person from Uttarakhand who is thinking about migrating to Delhi or some other city to find better career prospects, there is one more state scheme that might catch your eye. The government of Uttarakhand is now planning to set up the state's first-ever Yuva Aayog (Youth Commission), which will bring youth issues closer to the decision-making table.

As per the proposal, the Yuva Aayog is supposed to create a proper channel through which the concerns of young people could get addressed in policymaking processes.

Uttarakhand Yuva Aayog to Work Towards Youth Issues

It has been proposed that the newly-formed Yuva Aayog will serve as a channel for bringing youth issues to the forefront of government planning and policy formation. With the help of this scheme, the youth of the state would be able to make sure that their requirements do not go unnoticed in any way.

Details about the scheme are still awaited as the government goes ahead with the plan.

Free Online Coaching Program for 10,000 Class 11 & 12 Students

Along with the suggested Youth Commission, the State Government has also launched the Mukhyamantri Yuva Bhavishya Nirman Yojana-2026.

According to the scheme, 10,000 students studying in classes 11 & 12 will be provided free online coaching. From the details available, the program is budgeted to cost Rs 7 crore.

The coaching will include preparation for several competitive and entrance exams, which will enable students to get guidance on how to crack these tests without having to move to big cities.

Preparation for IAS, PCS, NDA, SSC and many other examinations

The coaching program that has been planned will include preparation for the IAS, PCS, NDA, CDS, banking, railways and SSC examinations. Other entrance/eligibility tests covered in the program include CAT, GATE and NET.

This online coaching program will particularly help students who live in mountainous and remote areas of Uttarakhand.

Career Options for Youngsters in Uttarakhand

From the formation of the Youth Commission and the introduction of free online coaching classes, it can be assumed that the focus is on making career guidance and exam preparation more accessible to youth in the region.

This can be considered an alternative for students who might think of moving to Delhi or some other city for coaching purposes. More information about the same is awaited.
