SpiceJet begins aiding COVID-19 tests for passengers in India, UAE

Synopsis

SpiceJet is beginning to conduct coronavirus tests for its passengers in India, UAE with the help of VFS Global. 

New Delhi: The negative COVID-19 test results of passengers are mandatory, especially for travelling abroad. Hence, they can book their appointments beforehand at their choice of location, by opting 'At your doorstep' service. VFS Global has started offering this service.

The test results will be delivered at the email address of the passengers by the registered labs. 

The cost of the tests will be the same as per the regulated price in the laboratories of India. 

In India, passengers may visit ICMR registered labs to submit their samples, in cities like Kolkata, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Kochi, Chennai, Bengaluru, Jalandhar, Chandigarh, Ahmedabad and Pune.

While travelling to the UAE, passengers might submit their test samples in the ICMR-certified labs in Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Dubai or Sharjah or anywhere within the UAE.
