Kolkata: Congress leader in Lok Sabha Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury on Wednesday (September 9) breaks his silence on the mystery of Sushant Singh Rajput’s death. The Congress parliamentary party leader in the Lok Sabha said that the BJP government was behind the progress of the case.

Riya Chakraborty has already been arrested for Sushant Singh Rajput death case. Riya Chakraborty is kept in Byculla jail in Mumbai after the NCB said it did not want her custody. The court earlier rejected Chakraborty's bail application.
Riya’s lawyer Satish Mansinde said, “Riya is suffering the consequences of loving an intoxicated, mental patient.” However, Riya did not comment on whether she was guilty or not.
Congress leader in Lok Sabha Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury said, “Riya Chakraborty is a Bengali brahmin girl. Her father served the country as part of the army. Justice to actor Sushant Singh Rajput should not be interpreted as a justice to Bihari.”

“Sushant Singh Rajput was a popular actor. He has received a lot of love from the countrymen. But sadly, the BJP only wants to portray him as an actor from Bihar,” he further added.
Rhea Chakroborty has been indicted not for abetment of suicide nor murder nor any economic offenses, she has been arrested under NDPS, ludicrous.
Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury also said that the BJP government is playing dirty politics in this case to divert the attention of the people. Sushant's case is being raised to cover up the government's failure to address the country's economic and the COVID situation.
