Rare two-headed wolf snake rescued from house in Odisha

Synopsis

 A video has gone viral on social media, where a rare wolf snake with two heads can be seen. The  footage shared on Twitter by Indian Forest Services officer Susanta Nanda shows the two-headed snake slithering on the ground.    

Keonjhar: On May 7,  a rare wolf snake with two heads was rescued from a house in Odisha. The rare reptile was rescued from a house situated in the Dhenkikote forest range of Keonjhar district in Odisha.

 Susanta Nanda of the Indian Forest Service shared the 26-second video on Twitter and informed his followers about the rescue mission of the snake.

In the caption of his post, Susanta Nanda informed that the snake was released into the forest after it was rescued.

"A rare wolf snake with two fully formed heads was rescued from a house in the Dhenkikote forest range of Keonjhar district in Odisha. Later released in forests," Susanta Nanda captioned the post.
