Kejriwal claims PM Modi 'wants to kill me' in a hyperbolic video

In a 10 minute video which was posted on Youtube, the Delhi CM Kejriwal accused that the Prime Minister “is so frustrated that he wants to kill me”. However, such hyperbole is nothing new for the Delhi CM. Earlier he had used terms like “psychopath” and “coward” for the Prime Minister.

The face-off between Delhi Chief Minister and AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal and Prime Minister Narendra Modi seems to be unending. 

In a 10 minute video which was posted on Youtube, the Delhi CM Kejriwal accused that the Prime Minister “is so frustrated that he wants to kill me”.

Kejriwal, in the video which is titled as “Arvind Kejriwal’s message to common man”, did not spare BJP President Amit Shah either. he accuses both Modi and Shah of conspiring against his government.

The video was posted by his party on social media.

In what seemed like an ultimate warning to his party men, he says there could be severe consequences for the growing difference between the union government and Delhi government.  

Kejriwal said that AAP members should be prepared for qurbani (sacrifice). Without naming Modi or Shah, Kejriwal said, “Ye kisi bhi had tak ja sakte hain. Hame marwa sakte hain, mujhe bhi marwa sakte hain. Kuch bhi kar sakte hain”. (“They” can get AAP members killed to even I can be killed. They can stoop so low”".

Kejriwal in the video attempts to play a victim amid growing tension between the two governments.

However, such hyperbole is nothing new for the Delhi CM. Earlier he had used terms like “psychopath” and “coward” for the Prime Minister.

Recently, 10 of AAP MLAs have been arrested, MP Bhagwant Mann has been suspended from attending Parliament, one MLA is facing investigations by the Income Tax department and a possible disqualification is looming over 21 MLAs depending on how the office of profit is interpreted.
