A video of Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) team rescuing stranded villagers across an overflowing mountain river in Uttarakhand goes viral.
In the video, few locals can be seen standing across the overflowing mountain river on a rock, and the ITBP team can be seen standing on the opposite side.
One among the villagers grabs the rope lines attached to cross the river, which is located at a high altitude of 12,000 feet.
Later, the rest of the villagers follow the same method for crossing the river as the officers helped the locals safely. Watch the nail-biting video:
The viral video was shared on ITBP's official Twitter page and explained that 14th Battalion ITBP rescued four locals near Milam, Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand, from an altitude of 12,000 feet.
The viral video has gathered thousands of views, and netizens applauded the personals for their bravery.
