Delhi is the crime capital of world. Victims give written complaints , do self investigation and with proof but no action is taken against the criminals.
Better to hand over this task to Army personnel who are devoted for national service.
Another user lamented, "Law and order has deteriorated in Delhi, and people have lost their fear of the police."
