
If everything goes as expected, then Tamil Nadu's Chinnamma, AIADMK leader Sasikala Natarajan will be released on January 27 next year.
However if the convict fails to pay fine as per the order, her term will be extended for one more month and she will be released on 27 February, 2021.
The information was obtained by RTI activist T Narasimha Murthy.
As per the application, the activist sought the release date of convict who was jailed in a disproportionate assets case in 2017.

The politician's release may vary depending on parole, if she seeks any.
Sasikala was part of the drama that occurred in the political sphere of the state post the death of CM J Jayalalithaa. Her anticipated swearing-in became a meme at the time.
