Janata Dal-United JD(U) which is in power along with the BJP in Bihar has been left embarrassed following the behaviour of an MLA. The lawmaker has been caught getting his leg massaged by a party worker.
MLA Kaushal Yadav was seen lying down at Gandhi Maidan, the venue for 'Karyakarta Sammelan' a worker’s outreach program, which saw chief minister Nitish Kumar address a gathering.
Bihar will face an Assembly election in October and incidents like these are nothing but a blot on Nitish Kumar and the party.
In the video, Yadav is seen lying on his back amidst workers. While one party worker presses his right leg from his thigh to his ankle another worker prepares chewing tobacco, which locals call 'Khaini'

“But it was due to an injury”: The MLA’s defence
Immediately after news channels started showing the video, Yadav was forced to issue a clarification saying that he suffered an injury at the rally and workers were only helping him with immediate relief measures.
