The Congress government in Puducherry was reduced to a minority after yet another MLA resigned from the party.Kamaraj Nagar MLA John Kumar tendered his resignation today. With this, the strength of the Congress party in the 30-member House has come down to 10.With this, the number of MLAs who have resigned from the Congress so far now stands at four.
