The veteran wicketkeeper-batter MS Dhoni has returned to helm as the Chennai Super Kings’ captain after Ruturaj Gaikwad ruled out of the remaining IPL 2025 due to elbow fracture ahead of their clash against Kolkata Knight Riders on April 11, Friday.
The news was confirmed by CSK head coach Stephen Fleming at the press conference. MS Dhoni has captained Chennai Super Kings for 15 seasons of the IPL and now, he will once again take charge in the ongoing IPL season.
