Train services to resume before Durga puja in West Bengal

There has been a lot of speculation about when train services will resume in West Bengal. However, the passengers are still worried because no confirmation has been obtained from railway authorities. Kolkata metro services have already resumed. From business to tourism, various sectors are dependent on the train service.
 

The state is all set to resume train services before Durga puja. A total of 13 trains are planned to run before the puja.

Sealdah-NJP Darjeeling Mail, Sealdah-New Delhi Rajdhani Express and Sealdah-Amritsar Express are among the 13 trains which will run before Durga puja.

Besides these, the Sealdah-Joynagar Gangasagar Express, Howrah-Guwahati Saraighat Express, and Howrah- Roxaul Mithila Express will also take to the tracks again.

Howrah-Jamalpur Express, Howrah-Jammu Tawai Himgiri Express, Malda Town-Delhi tri-weekly Farakka Express operations will also resume.

Asansol-Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus Weekly Express, Jasidih-Tambaram Weekly Express, Kolkata-Gorakhpur Purbanchal Express, Kolkata-Jogbani Tri-Weekly Express will run before Durga puja.
